Assignment from most major insurance carriers is accepted. The patient retains responsibility for payment, except where contractually prohibited by HMOs and PPOs. All co-payments, deductibles, and co-insurance fees are collected at the time of service. Patients will be billed for claims that are denied or not covered under their respective insurance plans.
