1.  3-6 month supervised weight program (timeframe is largely insurance dependent). Program should include:

  • Monthly weigh-in and counseling. This can include non-professional programs (i.e., WeightWatchers) OR
  • Nutritional Medicine program

2.  Our office will order all necessary pre-op studies.
